Submitting a website form or contacting Lab Savvy LLC does not constitute a confirmed appointment or guarantee of service. A Lab Savvy representative must verify service availability, pricing, location, payment, and appointment details before any appointment is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Bringing required identification and documents to appointments
- Confirming requirements of any requesting organization (court, employer, embassy, etc.) before scheduling
- Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
- Providing payment as required
Payment
Payment may be required before scheduling, collection, mobile travel, shipping, laboratory processing, or administrative work begins. Mobile fees, shipping fees, laboratory fees, administrative fees, and completed services may be nonrefundable. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before scheduling.
Independent Laboratory Partners
Certain specimens are collected by Lab Savvy LLC and processed by independent partner laboratories. Testing methods, specimen requirements, processing times, result-release procedures, and laboratory fees may vary. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed. Lab Savvy LLC does not control laboratory operations or result decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Lab Savvy LLC is not responsible for decisions made by courts, employers, government agencies, embassies, consulates, or other organizations based on test results. Lab Savvy LLC does not guarantee acceptance of any test result by any organization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lab Savvy LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue.

Governing Law
